WHO IS ROB MILLER?
Hello, I would first like to introduce myself. My name is Rob Miller. I am married to my beautiful wife of 11 years to which I have known for 29 years, & we have 3 wonderful children. I had served in the military for over 9 years, honorably discharged & highly decorated, received my degree in Criminal Justice. I have been in real estate since 2000 and have worked hard to give the best service possible to all my clients. I have always treated this business as a customer oriented profession. I feel that I have done a great job at providing excellent service, because approx. 80% of my business is referral based. I first started my career with GMAC Real Estate, then moved on to Coldwell Banker. Working here, I progressed as a Realtor® and received many awards. I had received awards for Top Sales Agent, Multi-Million Dollar Producer & even made the Sterling Society, which ranked me in the top 15% nationwide. I soon decided to change companies and went to Century 21. I had also done very well there too. I received Certificates Of Achievement, Pace Setter Certificates and received the Ruby Award, which also ranked me in the top 15% nationwide. I have since then went over to Trinity Real Estate Inland Empire & Lending as the Broker and completed my certification course for e-PRO. Here, I was the top selling agent for 18 months straight. I was given the opportunity to become the Broker for Trinity Lending and help with the future growth of the company. Under my license, we have opened a real estate division and escrow company. In just 1 1/2 years, they grew from just 5 loan officers to over 20 loan officers, 5 real estate agents, 2 escrow officers, 3 loan processors, 1 escrow assistant, 1 loan closer and an office manager. With that success, another office opened in May 2007 that should house a total of about 45-50 licensed personnel. I was then given an opportunity to become Broker at Homlife Elite Realty in August of 2007. I was asked to come over and open this office due to my stellar experience and past. This was another opportunity to do what I do best. Manage personnel and sell real estate. My whole philosophy in this business is quite simple. Treat the customer right, show them the respect that they deserve, listen to "their" needs and not your own. Lastly, if you do things the right way and ethically, the customer will come back to you. I believe if you want to be treated like a professional, then you must act like a professional. You will be respected and looked upon as a professional by not only your clients, but also your peers. Sometimes the general public does not recognize a professional or what professionalism is. All I have to say is this, " Hire an amature and see how much it costs you." When you hire a professional, you get results. You can relax because you know the job is done right. You know when the transaction is complete that everyone is satisfied with the results.
